Nothing
printed
yet
No posts. Not one, not a draft, not a placeholder with a date on it. Noxera is a studio in Nairobi that would rather finish a client's work than publish a think piece about finishing work, so this page starts empty and stays empty until something here is worth the minutes it takes you to read it.
Set for the first run
What will be written here
Working notes from actual builds. Each subject below is here because it took real work to figure out, and the next person building the same thing in Kenya should not have to spend that day too. None of them are written. This is the list, labelled as a list.
-
A page budget for a metered bundle
What a site is allowed to weigh when the person opening it paid for the megabytes by hand, and what gets cut first when it weighs more.

-
M-PESA, explained without the jargon
What a small business actually needs in order to take money through a site, in the order you need it, and where the confusion reliably sits.

-
Handover day, as a checklist
The accounts, keys, repositories and passwords a client should walk away holding — and why the studio does not keep a spare set afterwards.

-
Power cuts and half-sent forms
Designing a form so that losing the connection in the middle of it loses nobody's work, tested the only honest way: by pulling the plug.

Living with our own assistant
NOXERA runs on a phone, in a car and on a laptop here every day. What it gets right, what it still gets wrong, and what daily use changed about the design.

Showing a real app without showing real people
How an operations app built for a youth conference got into the portfolio anonymised, with sample data, and nothing traceable to anyone in it.

If you want one of these sooner than the others, say which — that is a fair thing to ask for.
First issue
Hear about it once
One email, when the first post actually goes up. Not a weekly digest, not a drip sequence, not five tips for your business. If this journal stays empty for a year then you will not hear from us for a year, which is the whole promise.
Send it straight to support@noxeratech.com instead, or use the contact page.
Your address goes to the studio's own backend, is stored in a hosted database, and is used for that one email. It is not sold, traded or added to anything else. How we handle it.
While the page is empty
There is nothing to read here yet, so here is where the reading actually is.
- The workProjects that exist and run, including the studio's own assistant.
- What we buildWebsites, web apps, mobile apps, AI and automation.
- The studioWho you are actually talking to, and how it is run.
- QuestionsPrices, timelines, ownership — answered plainly.
