Four things we build.
One way we quote.

Websites, web apps, mobile apps, AI and automation. Below you tick what you need and a brief prints itself as you go. Tear it off and it arrives with us already written. No figure appears on it, because a number guessed before the brief is a number that changes later.

Never worked with a studio before? The FAQ answers the awkward questions first.

Build your brief

Tick what you need. It prints as you go.

Everything you choose prints on the chit. Nothing is sent until you press tear off, and nothing you tick here is a commitment — it is the first half of a conversation, written down so neither of us has to remember it.

01 · Website

A site that gets you messaged

Pages that explain what you do, load on a phone with two bars of signal, and make it easy for someone to reach you. The thing you send a stranger instead of explaining yourself again.

What you get

  • The pages, written and built
  • Tested on a slow connection and a small screen
  • Domain and hosting in your name, not ours
  • A way for people to message or call you
  • A walkthrough so you can change the words yourself

Who it suits

Anyone whose business currently travels by word of mouth and a WhatsApp status: operators, schools, clinics, contractors, anyone who gets asked "do you have a website?" and has to say no.

02 · Web app

The thing that replaces the spreadsheet

A site that does a job rather than describes one: people log in, records go in, lists come out, reports print. It is what you build when the work has outgrown a shared Excel file and a WhatsApp group.

What you get

  • The screens your staff actually use
  • Accounts, with who may see and change what
  • Import from the files you already have
  • Export to CSV, so your data is never trapped
  • The database and the code in your accounts

Who it suits

Teams keeping records by hand: bookings, stock, attendance, members, jobs. If two people are typing the same list into two different files, this is the one.

03 · Mobile app

For work that happens standing up

An app installed on the phone itself, for when the job happens away from a desk and the network cannot be trusted. Built for Android first, because that is what most people here are carrying.

What you get

  • An Android build you can install and try
  • Behaviour that survives the signal dropping
  • The store listing set up in your name
  • The source code, handed over like everything else

Who it suits

Field teams, deliveries, stock counts, site inspections, registration at the gate — anywhere the person doing the work is holding a phone, not sitting at a screen.

04 · AI & automation

Software that answers, and does the boring part

An assistant that replies in your own words, or a quiet automation that moves information between the tools you already use so nobody has to copy it by hand. We run our own: NOXERA is the studio's assistant, on our phone and in our car every day.

What you get

  • The assistant or the automation, wired to your tools
  • Written rules for what it may and may not do
  • A record of what it did, so you can check it
  • An off switch that is yours, not ours

Who it suits

Anyone answering the same question fifty times a week, or retyping the same numbers from one place into another. Start it small and pointed at one job — that is the version that survives.

Anything else we should price in?

Tick what you need. Whether it can be done, and what it costs, comes back in the quote — in writing, before anything starts.

Your brief

Noxera Enterprise · Nairobi, Kenya

This is a brief. It is not an invoice.

Total quoted, not guessed

The figure is written after we have talked, before anything is built. Pay it the way you already pay for things — M-PESA or a bank transfer. No surprise invoice arrives later.

How engagements work

Three shapes, and one number

A project

A brief with edges. We agree what is in it and what is not, you get the figure before the first line of code, and it ends with a handover: accounts, code, passwords, a walkthrough, all in your name.

A piece of work

Smaller and named: one page, one fix, one feature, one migration. Quoted exactly the same way. You do not need a whole project to be worth talking to.

Care, monthly

Optional, and only if you want it. Updates, backups, an eye on it, someone to call. Cancel any month. Nothing is held hostage if you stop — it is your code either way.

The number

Scoped first, quoted second, work third. The quote is written down, it lists what is included, and it is agreed before anything starts. If the scope changes mid build we stop and agree a new number before it is built, so no invoice ever surprises you at the end. Ask for a price before the brief exists and the honest answer is that we cannot give you one yet — that is what the chit above is for.

Not sure which of these it is?

That is the normal place to start. Describe the problem in your own words — the thing that is slow, or manual, or losing you work — and we will tell you which of the four it is, or that you do not need us at all.
